In 2001, eleven doctors aimed to provide specialized medical services and established HealthServ Los Baños, Inc. The clinic opened in June 2002 in a renovated McDonald's building, offering 22 specialists and various facilities including labs, imaging, and pharmacy. They later added advanced equipment like a CT scan and mammography. The center expanded to offer outpatient chemotherapy, surgeries, and more. Today, with 97 doctors, they offer unique specialties and a dialysis center.

In response to patient and doctor demand, we began constructing a tertiary hospital in 2009, which opened on October 10, 2010. Achieving PhilHealth's "center of excellence" accreditation on February 10, 2011, marked the realization of a dream for the founding eleven doctors after two years of policy and procedure development.
