Admission Guidelines

Welcome to our hospital. We strive to make your admission process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a seamless experience: 

Requirements For Direct Admissions

  1. Admitting Orders
  2. Diagnostic results
  3. CP clearance
  4. Room reservation

Requirements For HMO Approval(Inpatient)

  1. Name of the patient
  2. Account/Card number
  3. Company
  4. Birthday
  5. Valid ID
  6. Admitting Diagnosis
  7. Attending Physician
  8. Room and Board
  9. Request/Procedures.

Visiting Hours

GNU- 8am-8pm
IMCU/ICU- 9am-11am and 5pm-8pm

 

Number Of Visitors Allowed

One (1) at a time.

Patient Visitor

  • Visitors are now allowed inside the hospital except for the following:
    • Covid-19 Cases
    • Patient in reverse isolation
    • No permission from attending physician
  • Visitors must wear a mask inside the hospital premises.
  • Visitors below 13 yrs. old are not allowed to visit to GNU while on IMCU/ICU, visitors 7yrs old and older may visit patients only if accompanied by an adult and for a maximum of 15 minutes and must sign a waiver.

Patient Companion

  • Will provide valid ID
  • Must wear a yellow bracelet provided by the admitting section. Indicated the name of the patient and room number.
  • Companion must wear a mask
  • Health declaration and proof of vaccination is no longer required.
  • Companions below 18 years old are not allowed.
  • One (1) companion per admitted patient is allowed, if indicated, a maximum of two (2) companions are allowed for elderly, bedridden, mentally unstable and pediatric age groups up to 12 years of age.
  • For respiratory cases with pending RT-PCR, switching of companions is discouraged, unless in valid circumstances (e.g. emergency situations)
  • ICU/IMCU admissions have no companions inside the room.

HMO

All patients with HMO CARD must declare upon admission until 24 hours. Late declaration of HMO CARD will not be honored once admitted. All patients are alloted to use on HMO CARD only upon admission, however if the limit exceeds patient’s additional card is acceptable.
