Outpatient Triage – Quick Guide
This guide suggests the most appropriate specialist based on common symptoms. It is not a medical diagnosis. If you experience severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, please seek urgent care.
Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)
Common complaints: Headache, dizziness, blurred vision, routine BP check
Doctor to seek: Internist or Cardiologist
Diabetes Mellitus (Type 2)
Common complaints: Frequent urination, excessive thirst, weight loss
Doctor to seek: Endocrinologist or Internist
Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (URTI)
Common complaints: Cough, colds, sore throat, mild fever

Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)
Common complaints: Painful urination, frequent urination, lower abdominal pain

Gastroenteritis
