1. Eligibility: Patients must be admitted at least 8 hours before their scheduled procedure and must have an admitting order from a surgeon. If these conditions are not met, the procedure will be billed on an itemized basis.
2. Cardiopulmonary (CP) Clearance: This is not included in the package.
3. Additional Charges: Any other medicines, supplies, diagnostics, and therapeutic procedures consumed but not included in the package, as well as any underlying conditions, complications, and extra medical interventions that may arise throughout the patient’s confinement, will be charged on an itemized basis.
4. Payment: The package is applicable for cash-paying patients only.
